Alberta, Canada · 100 km east of Calgary
A 425-acre motorsport and hospitality complex on the Rosebud River, designed to become North America's premier automotive destination. The project features a 4.4-mile multi-configuration road course designed by Alan Wilson (Wilson Motorsport International), paddock infrastructure, commercial and residential development built around the track experience.
All construction permits are secured. Alzan is actively connecting investors, operators and sponsors with the project team.
