Alberta, Canada · 100 km east of Calgary
A 425-acre motorsport and hospitality complex on the Rosebud River, designed to become North America's premier automotive destination. The project features a 4.4-mile multi-configuration road course designed by Alan Wilson (Wilson Motorsport International), paddock infrastructure, commercial and residential development built around the track experience.
All construction permits are secured. Estimated project cost: $500 million. Alzan is actively connecting investors, operators and sponsors with the project team.
