Alzan is not a fund, a broker, or a regulated asset management firm. The role is different: identifying opportunities that match an investor's profile, assessing their credibility, and facilitating the early stages of the relationship with project holders.
Most opportunities in motorsport are not publicly announced. They circulate within closed networks — among players who have known each other for years. Alzan operates within these networks and can access files that do not go through conventional channels.

Designed by Alan Wilson, the circuit features multiple configurations. The project includes a paddock, hospitality infrastructure, a hotel component and residential and commercial real estate development. All permits are in place.
