The sector

Industrial markets in constant recomposition

The globalization of supply chains, geopolitical tensions on procurement and the rise of new industrial zones are constantly reshaping the balance between buyers, suppliers and markets. For companies, identifying the right counterparts at the right time has become a strategic challenge in its own right.

Alzan acts as a strategic facilitator — helping its clients find the industrial partners, markets and business opportunities that match their real objectives, across three complementary geographies.

What Alzan does concretely

Six levers to develop your industrial business

Alzan is not a logistics provider or a trade bureau. It is a strategic partner that identifies, qualifies and connects — so you speak directly to the right counterparts.

Supplier & industrial manufacturer identification

Finding the right manufacturers, equipment suppliers or subcontractors based on your exact criteria — sector, production capacity, certification, geography. Every profile is qualified before any introduction.

Strategic Sourcing

International expansion support

Structuring your entry into a new industrial market — identifying key local players, mapping the local industrial landscape, defining an approach plan and making the first strategic introductions.

Expansion

B2B commercial development in the sector

For an industrial company seeking to grow its client portfolio or enter a new sector. Alzan identifies buyers, principals or potential partners and structures the commercial approach.

Business Development

Import-export transaction facilitation

Structuring and securing a cross-border commercial operation: identifying verified counterparts in target markets, connecting with qualified buyers or sellers, facilitating negotiations.

Trade B2B

Infrastructure projects & key accounts

Connecting industrial or infrastructure project owners with the right technical, operational or financial partners — for large-scale projects in Europe, the Middle East or North America.

Structural Projects

Capital introduction & industrial financing

Connecting industrial projects with investors — sector funds, industrial family offices, strategic groups. Alzan qualifies the fit and contextualises each introduction to maximise the chances of completion.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What industrial sectors does Alzan cover?+
Alzan covers industrial manufacturing, precision engineering, agri-food, materials and raw materials, energy, construction and infrastructure. The common denominator is the strategic B2B dimension — we do not handle retail or mass consumption.
Does Alzan manage logistics or goods transport?+
No. Alzan focuses exclusively on strategic introductions and commercial development. Logistics, transport and customs formalities are handled by specialist operators, who can be identified within our network if required.
Can we work with Alzan for a one-off need?+
Yes. Alzan works on one-off mandates (identification of a specific supplier, a single introduction with a buyer) as well as longer-term assignments (commercial development in a region, structuring an industrial partnership). The format is agreed at the outset.
Does Alzan work on public infrastructure projects?+
Yes, in cases where the intervention involves commercial or financial introductions between private actors — for example, connecting a project developer with technical partners or investors. Alzan does not intervene in public tender procedures in the strict sense.
Which Middle East countries are covered?+
Primarily the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain, as well as Morocco for the Maghreb region. Alzan's presence in these markets enables direct introductions with qualified local buyers, importers and investors.
