How it works
A marketing director who receives an unsolicited sponsorship proposal has little reason to look at it seriously. On the other hand, if the same proposal reaches them through a contact they trust — with precise context on how it aligns with their objectives — the likelihood of a positive response is radically different.
Alzan identifies brands whose commercial objectives are consistent with the project — by geography, audience and industry — and approaches them through direct contacts in their marketing teams or senior management. The process is confidential and targeted.
Contract negotiation and drafting remain between the parties and their advisors.
Process
Every file is different, but the structure of our intervention follows a consistent logic.
Category, calendar, geography, values, target budget, constraints — Alzan needs to understand the project precisely in order to identify the right sponsor profiles.
Identifying companies whose strategic or commercial objectives are aligned with the project — by industry, marketing budget, geographic presence and decision timeline.
Contact with relevant decision-makers — marketing directors, senior management — through direct relationships or introductions within Alzan's network. The project's identity is only disclosed once interest is confirmed.
When genuine interest exists, Alzan arranges the first meeting with full context to enable a direct, operational exchange. From there, the process belongs to both parties.
